To ensure that your paper will be on the Conference program, you must register for the conference by October 19.

If you are first author of a paper or presenting a paper at the conference, your INSNA membership must cover 2008. The deadline for this is October 19.

Membership in INSNA and conference registration are two different things -- registering for the conference does not give you membership; joining or renewing your membership does not take care of conference registration. You will save money if you take care of your membership first and register for the conference after you've done that.
