Registration for the conference requires ANY type of INSNA membership including Full Member, Student Member and Affiliate/Guest Membership. The cost to become a Full Member for one year is $ 60.00 US and the regular conference registration fee for a Full Member is $150.00 US. There is no cost for being an Affiliate Member but the regular conference registration fee for an Affiliate Member is $210.00 US.

INSNA Full Members receive benefits such as reduced "Social Networks" journal subscription costs and website features unavailable Guest/Affiliate members. Furthermore, Sunbelt is a separate event that not all members of INSNA will attend and thus requires separate registration.

Abstract and Workshop submission are ONLY available to FULL and STUDENT members of INSNA.

Guest/Affiliate members can Login to their Account and upgrade to Full membership if desired. Full members pay a reduced conference registration fee.

Refunds for Sunbelt Registration Fees ONLY will be provided to anyone with a rejection.

You may cancel your registration any time by issuing a "Cancel Request" on your purchase through your Account Management - Purchase History.

Use the "Workshop Registration" option on the main Sunbelt information page.

This option provides the ability to register for workshops separately; however it is only available to those who have already registered for Sunbelt.

Use the "Purchase Banquet Tickets" option on the main Sunbelt information page.

This option provides the ability to add banquet tickets to your order without registering additional people for the conference.

Sunbelt registration is possible up to the end of the conference; however there is an extra fee for registrations that occur on or after the Late Date.

Early registration provides a discount and this discount is automatically applied to those who submit an Abstract/Workshop for presentation during the conference as they ALWAYS register prior to the start date for Regular registration.

The options to register early, during the regular registration period and even as a late entry are provided to allow non-participating individuals to register and attend the conference.

Guest/Affiliate INSNA members can register for Sunbelt; however they cannot submit an Abstract/Workshop without becoming a Full or Student (paid) member. However, by becoming a Full member, the conference registration fee is reduced.
