Sunbelt 2022 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the INSNA Office at email@example.com.
Refunds for Sunbelt 2022:
Conference and workshop fees due to cancellation will be processed as follows:
- Cancellation on or before June 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST - Refund 100% of registration fee, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellation between June 2 and June 30, 2022 at at 11:59 PM EST - Refund 50% of registration fee, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellation on or after July 1, 2022 - No refund due to cancellation
Changing from an in-person to virtual attendance:
If you register as an on-site attendee for Sunbelt 2022, but are unable to attend in-person, you will have the option to switch to virtual attendance without financial penalty. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to change your type of registration.
If you have registered for the conference as an INSNA member, but your membership expired in 2022, you will be contacted in advance of the conference to either: (i) renew your membership, or (ii) pay the difference between the member registration rate and non-member registration rate. Any payments due will need to be resolved prior to attending the conference.
Changes to pre-conference workshop registrations may be considered only if space permits, and will only be processed until 1 July 2022.
