Sunbelt 2022 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the INSNA Office at support@insna.org.

Refunds for Sunbelt 2022:

Conference and workshop fees due to cancellation will be processed as follows:

  • Cancellation on or before June 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST - Refund 100% of registration fee, minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Cancellation between June 2 and June 30, 2022 at at 11:59 PM EST - Refund 50% of registration fee, minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Cancellation on or after July 1, 2022 - No refund due to cancellation


Changing from an in-person to virtual attendance:

If you register as an on-site attendee for Sunbelt 2022, but are unable to attend in-person, you will have the option to switch to virtual attendance without financial penalty. You will receive a refund for the difference in registration fee. Please contact support@insna.org if you need to change your type of registration. 

 

Member registration:

If you have registered for the conference as an INSNA member, but your membership expired in 2022, you will be contacted in advance of the conference to either: (i) renew your membership, or (ii) pay the difference between the member registration rate and non-member registration rate. Any payments due will need to be resolved prior to attending the conference.

 

Online Workshops:  

Changes to pre-conference workshop registrations may be considered only if space permits, and will only be processed until 1 July 2022.
