INSNA Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the INSNA Office at email@example.com.
Conference: If a cancellation is received by approximately one month prior to the first day of the conference (specific date changes year to year - please see current year's registration policy), reimbursement of the registration fee, minus handling charges, will be made. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the conference for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund can be made. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
Online Workshop: Please notify the INSNA office five (5) business days prior to the workshop.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
