Quality of Service has long been the focus of communications researchers worldwide. Since 1993, IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Quality of Service (IWQoS) has established itself as a highly reputable forum to present novel ideas on all QoS-related subjects.


It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the IEEE/ACM IWQoS 2021 this year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, IWQoS 2021 will be held virtually during June 25 - June 28, 2021.

The program of IWQoS 2021 have 4 keynote talks, 1 industrial talk, 16 sessions, 6 short paper sessions, and 1 poster session. Topics include video streaming, transport, traffic analytics, NFV, mobile and wireless networks, federated learning, reinforcement learning, blockchain, security/privacy/trust, IoT, storage/memory, data center, and cloud/edge computing.
