- Workshops should focus on teaching attendees specific methods, software, or theories.
- Proposals should be for a half-day (3 hour) or full-day (6 hour) workshop.
- All workshops will be presented in-person in Montréal, QC, Canada. INSNA is unable to accommodate virtual workshops and/or virtual presenters.

- Workshop title, description, and intended learner level
- Names and email addresses of all workshop speakers
- Whether your proposal is a half-day (3 hour) or full-day (6 hour) workshop
- Agreement to the Sunbelt Workshop Policies.
Anyone submitting a workshop proposal must acknowledge that they have read and agree to the following policies:
In-Person Participation Policy
Any workshop speakers are required to present in-person at the 2027 Sunbelt in Montréal, QC, Canada. INSNA is unable to accommodate virtual workshops and/or virtual presenters. Any workshop speakers are required to register for Sunbelt.
Sunbelt Scheduling Policy
All workshops will be scheduled either on Monday, June 21; Tuesday, June 22; or Wednesday, June 23, at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Accepted Workshops
Accepted workshops will be scheduled at the sole discretion of the conference organizers on one of the following dates: Monday, June 21; Tuesday, June 22; or Wednesday, June 23, and all workshops will be marketed equally on the INSNA website. Any unique marketing must be done by the speaker(s) on their own social media and/or websites to encourage ticket sales.
If a workshop does not have any ticket sales by Monday, June 7, 2027 (two weeks prior to Sunbelt), INSNA will contact the affected speaker(s) to discuss removing the workshop from the schedule.
Compensation
Accepted workshop presenters will be compensated based on the ticket sales for their workshop. Payment is 50% of the revenue earned from the workshop's ticket sales. (Example: If a speaker's workshop sells $600 USD worth of tickets, the speaker will be eligible for $300 USD.) If a workshop has more than one (1) speaker, the 50% revenue payment will be divided equally among the speakers.
Workshop speaker(s) whose workshop(s) are cancelled or opt not to facilitate their workshop(s) in-person are not eligible for compensation.
