Help guide the future of our INSNA community. If you’re passionate about advancing the field of social network analysis (SNA) and strengthening our professional community, consider serving on the Board of Directors!

Nominations close August 31, 2026. Members will vote electronically in October 2026, and newly elected Board members will begin their three-year term on January 1, 2027.

Your experience, perspective, and leadership can help strengthen both INSNA and the broader social network analysis community.

Board Member Responsibilities

Board members play an active role in guiding the strategic direction and long-term success of the association.

Board members are expected to:

• Attend and actively participate in all Board meetings
• Serve on Board committees
• Advise on matters affecting the association
• Help develop priorities, policies, and initiatives
• Represent the interests of the INSNA membership

Board service is an ongoing commitment throughout the three-year term. Consistent participation is essential to ensuring effective governance and supporting the association's mission.
